3. Medical doctors should fill in infectious disease cards seriously and timely, and report to the county infection office immediately after registration in the infectious disease register book, without delay
or omission. Infectious disease inspectors check and audit the epidemic situation every day, and report directly online immediately. Outpatient doctors should carefully fill in the eye diagnosis log, name,
gender, ID card number, date of birth, age, work unit, contact telephone number, occupation, current address, date of onset, date of first diagnosis, diagnosis date, etc. And mark "newspaper card" in red
ink.
4. The outpatient work log and infectious diseases should be kept for three years.

5. In the medical department, the infectious disease monitor shall check whether the work log of the outpatient doctors and the registration book of patients in the ward are complete, and whether the
infectious diseases are missed or delayed.

6. Conscientiously implement the centralized management procedures for reporting the epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis. Suspected or confirmed tuberculosis patients (including tuberculous
pleurisy) found by the treated doctors must report their cards immediately and report directly through the Internet within 12 hours. At the same time, the patients were transferred to the tuberculosis
prevention and control center and recorded. In case of massive hemoptysis, spontaneous pneumothorax and other serious complications, the patient can be referred to the doctor after the patient's condition
is stable. No unauthorized admission is allowed. Registration should be made when suspected tuberculosis or confirmed active tuberculosis is found. The results of the report should be submitted directly to
the attending physician to prevent the loss of the report and the loss of the patient.

7. Regular propaganda and education on prevention and treatment of infectious diseases should be carried out for all staff and patients. Regular training on infectious disease knowledge for medical staff in
general medical department. The new check-in, new transfer and advanced study personnel shall be trained on the job, and they can only work after passing the examination.

8. Infectious disease management personnel shall register and review the infectious disease report card of the whole school every day, and report it immediately on the same day, and no later than 24 hours
Check the work log, patient access registration, medical records, prescriptions, etc. of the medical department every month, so as to eliminate the phenomenon of delayed reporting and missing reporting
of infectious diseases.

9. If one case of failing to report infectious diseases is found, the performance of the party concerned in the current month shall be deducted. Those who fail to register infectious diseases seriously or report
the epidemic situation late shall be criticized in a circular.
