Yi PU high school safety hazard investigation and rectification system

This system is formulated in order to implement the safety policy of "safety first, prevention first", implement the prevention work and safety hazard investigation and rectification system, strengthen the post safety responsibility, and ensure the personal safety and property safety of teachers and students.

1、 The principal of the school is the first person responsible for the safety of the unit, and the members of the school committee are directly responsible for the safety of the school. Every
teacher fully implements the safety responsibility in the post responsibility to ensure the safety of the education and teaching activities and the lives and properties of the majority of
teachers and students.

2、 The school shall establish a leading group for rectification of potential safety hazards, with the president as the group leader and all members of the school committee as members,
to be responsible for the safety investigation and rectification of the school campus. Every teacher in the school has the obligation to discover, report and deal with the potential safety
hazard (within the scope of his ability).

3、 We should strengthen the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards, establish an account of potential safety hazards on campus, rectify problems in time, and assign
responsibility to each person to ensure the life safety of teachers and students. If it is not implemented within the rectification period, the relevant responsible person shall be investigated
and determined by the University Committee. Those responsible for major safety accidents due to untimely investigation and rectification will be dealt with seriously according to relevant
laws.

4、 The hidden danger investigation shall be carried out once a week and once a month. The safety investigation and rectification work shall be summarized and reported. Warning signs
shall be set up for major potential safety hazards, obvious warning lines shall be drawn, rectification measures shall be formulated, the person in charge of rectification shall be implemented,
and the rectification time shall be determined.

5、 Major potential safety hazards should be reported in a timely manner to seek the help of superior leaders.

6、 For the hidden danger that can not be rectified on the spot, the rectification scheme shall be put forward in time, the rectification measures shall be determined, and the supervision and
inspection of special personnel shall be implemented, and the rectification situation shall be tracked.

7、 If the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards is not in place, the responsibility shall be investigated according to the regulations.
