Article twenty-four Schools shall continuously strengthen the professional ethics of teachers, consciously abide by the following basic norms of professional ethics:

For All students, love, respect, understanding and strict requirements of students, follow good guidance, indefatigable, care for the physical and mental health of students, care for the healthy growth of students. Love School, care for the collective, modest and prudent, guard against arrogance and impetuosity, unity and cooperation, obey the law, decent style.
6. Clean and tidy, decent, decent, polite language, polite, to set an example, as a teacher.
Article twenty-five teachers of this school shall, in accordance with law, enjoy the right to education and teaching, the right to scientific research, the right to participate in democratic management, the right to further education and training, the right to manage, guide and evaluate students, and the right to apply for professional titles, the right to receive wages and remuneration on time and other powers stipulated by national laws and regulations. Article twenty-six teachers of this school shall strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the state, abide by the professional ethics of teachers, abide by the rules and regulations of the school, earnestly fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law of the People's Republic of China, and fulfill the tasks of education and teaching, respect, care, love, protect students, promote the healthy growth of students, and constantly improve their ideological and political awareness and education level. Article twenty-seven having a bachelor's degree or other bachelor's degree or above from a normal university, having obtained a high school teacher's qualification through a state examination, abiding by the law, loving the educational cause, and having good ideological and moral standards, the citizens who have the ability of education and teaching are qualified to be full-time teachers in our school.
Article twenty-eight the teachers of this school should establish the thought of lifelong learning, accept the training organized by the school, participate in the Continuing education, take part in the training of various kinds of political business, make great efforts to study the business, and improve the ability and level of education and teaching. Schools should formulate teacher training plans and organize various forms of training. According to the requirements of teachers in the new era, schools should strengthen the training of teachers, especially young teachers, in addition to sending out students to study, they should also speed up the growth of young teachers in various forms, such as teacher-to-teacher pairs.
Article twenty-nine in light of the actual conditions of the university, the assessment method and detailed rules shall be worked out, and the assessment shall be conducted on all staff members from the aspects of ideology, politics, professional quality, work attitude and work performance. The assessment results are the basic basis of teachers'employment, teaching, promotion, rewards and punishments, and evaluation and selection of models.

Article thirty-one Schools shall accept kickbacks for deliberately failing to complete educational and teaching tasks, violating the professional ethics of teachers, engaging in a second occupation during working hours, subjecting students to corporal punishment and humiliation, privately running classes and charging fees, and privately ordering students'review materials, a teacher who receives property from a student or his parents and causes serious consequences and adverse effects shall, in accordance with the circumstances, be given an administrative sanction in accordance with the relevant provisions.
